"Platform" refers to the AyaTech website and all associated services.

"User," "You" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.

"Course" refers to any online or live educational program offered through the Platform.

"Online Course" refers to a pre-recorded educational program accessible digitally after enrollment.

By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

When you create an account with AyaTech, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

AyaTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

To protect our course content and ensure fair usage, the following device restrictions apply:

• One Device Limit: Each enrolled user is permitted to access course content from one (1) registered device only.
• Single Sign-In: Your account is limited to one active sign-in at any given time.
• No Simultaneous Sessions: Logging in from a second device while already signed in will terminate the existing session.
• Device Switching: If you need to switch devices, please contact our support team for assistance.

Upon successful enrollment and payment:

• Online Courses: Access is granted for a period of one (1) year from the date of enrollment.
• Live Courses: Access is valid for the duration of the cohort as specified at the time of enrollment.
• Course materials, videos, and resources are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content with others.
• Access credentials must not be shared with any third party.

• All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.
• By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• AyaTech does not store your complete payment card details on its servers.
• In case of payment failures, no amount will be debited. If debited but the enrollment is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software, and course materials, is the property of Ayadi Cloudversity Edu Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal educational purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from the Platform.
• Redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any course material.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyaTech and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform or courses.
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Interruptions, errors, or defects in the Platform.
• The accuracy or reliability of course content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease immediately. No refund will be issued for termination due to violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut, Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
